Spa Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Spa Supervisor to join our luxury hotel in Rabat. The role involves overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the spa team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employees on property information, policies, and service updates.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, amenities, and treatment schedules.
• Confirm guest names and treatment details before each session.
• Monitor daily schedules, communicate last‑minute changes to providers, and resolve conflicts.
• Promote and sell spa and salon services and retail products.
• Complete requisitions for products, supplies, and equipment.
• Inspect work areas and equipment to ensure compliance with standards.
• Notify engineering of maintenance and repair needs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect confidential information.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related spa or hospitality experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
