Spanish Sales Agent

About the role

Join Global Cyber Security Group as a Spanish Sales Agent and become the first point of contact for potential customers. You will combine sales expertise with a passion for technology to deliver security assessments and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and create a positive first impression of the company.
• Perform remote security checks on computers or IoT devices using the company’s professional toolkit.
• Provide customers with a security and performance diagnosis and actionable recommendations.
• Convert inquiries into loyal customers and hand over qualified leads to level‑2 technicians.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish and strong communication skills.
• Availability to work shifts.
• Previous sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• High level of English is a plus.
• Passion for technology and a proactive attitude.
