Store Staff – Retail

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic store staff to represent the Xiaomi brand in a retail environment. The role involves engaging customers, demonstrating products, and supporting sales targets while maintaining a clean and attractive store.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional product demonstrations and service explanations to customers.
• Identify customer needs and deliver high‑quality service to achieve sales performance.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards, including displays and cleanliness.
• Execute promotional activities and new product launch policies.
• Manage store orders, sales transactions, and inventory levels.

Required profile

• Ability to work under pressure with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Enthusiastic, empathetic, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous retail experience in clothing, FMCG, or mobile‑phone brands is preferred.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and French.
