Supply Analyst – Materials Team

About the role

The Materials team at our Kenitra plant is looking for a Supply Analyst to ensure purchased parts arrive on schedule while keeping inventory levels low. You will provide accurate data analysis and planning to support uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze MRP data and review material requirements.
• Schedule orders with suppliers according to the production timetable.
• Confirm order receipt from all suppliers and coordinate timely deliveries with 3PL partners.
• Track material flow from receipt to the production line and arrange special shipments when needed.
• Monitor critical items, conduct deep‑dive analyses for BOM errors or new project demands, and apply early‑warning procedures.
• Collaborate daily with the planning team, flag shortage risks, and help reduce raw‑material inventory.
• Use SQTS, work with inventory management to maintain stock accuracy, and generate root‑cause reports for discrepancies.
• Close over‑shipments and anomalies within 48 hours of receipt.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field (Bac+5).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑tempo environment and interact across functions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
