Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Harmattan AI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to own daily inbound and outbound logistics across its manufacturing sites in Rabat. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Manager, the role operates with significant autonomy, handling freight flows, customs compliance, dangerous‑goods shipments and international trade requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound freight: booking, tracking, customs clearance and goods receipt for components, materials and equipment.
• Oversee outbound shipments to customers, integrators and trade events, preparing export documentation and ensuring proof of delivery.
• Classify, prepare and document dangerous‑goods shipments under ADR, IATA DGR and IMDG regulations.
• Apply HS/CN tariff codes, incoterms and customs regimes to guarantee accurate import/export declarations across Europe, the US and the Middle East.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements and coordinate with production, supply‑chain and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of logistics or supply‑chain experience in a regulated sector such as aerospace or advanced electronics.
• Proven ability to operate inbound and outbound logistics independently, making daily decisions on customs, DG and compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with HS/CN classification, import/export declarations and dual‑use export‑control regulations.
• Certified in dangerous‑goods handling (IATA DGR, ADR or equivalent) with specific experience on lithium batteries and military‑relevant materials.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
