Team Lead – Distributor Onboarding Operations

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Lead to oversee a global Distributor Onboarding Operations team in Rabat. You will drive operational excellence by coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring data accuracy, mitigating risks, and supporting stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day activities and performance of the onboarding operations team.
• Oversee distributor data validation, tracking and visibility of onboarding progress.
• Identify onboarding risks proactively and implement mitigation actions.
• Provide operational support to Account Managers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure team readiness with access to required tools, systems and resources.
• Partner with project managers to align business requirements and delivery timelines.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Guide issue resolution and timely escalation of critical matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in global, cross‑functional environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Cisco solutions.
• Familiarity with Order Management systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, IP addressing, network configuration).
