Team Leader – Quality Project

About the role

Manages and supervises the Quality Project organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs. Identifies potential for improvement in the area of responsibility, offers consulting and contributes to service delivery improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the Quality Project org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identifies potential for improvement, offers consulting and contributes to service delivery enhancement.
• Ensures adherence to standards, governance and process execution.
• Leads direct reports and plans regular team activities to cover all project stages.
• Defines team members’ objectives, tasks and responsibilities, providing clear instructions and monitoring results.
• Identifies training and development needs, supports professional growth and knowledge application.
• Proposes and applies measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity and succession planning.

Required profile

• Engineer or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluency in French and English.
