Tech Lead Data & BI

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Tech Lead for Data & Business Intelligence to join its Digital Strategy & Transformation practice in Casablanca. You will work closely with the technology team to define and execute digital and IT transformation road‑maps for clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define digital and IT transformation strategies, including master plans, road‑maps, and business cases.
• Design and implement organizational models for digital functions, including HR impact studies and sourcing strategies.
• Assess process and organization maturity, drive efficiency initiatives, manage cost reduction and investment prioritisation.
• Lead enterprise architecture activities, evaluate core systems, and support solution selection.
• Collaborate with clients on urgent, critical, and confidential projects, delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or a master’s degree in Management, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience on digital transformation or organizational strategy projects.
• Curious, autonomous, entrepreneurial, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and methodological skills, organized and dynamic.
• Fluent oral and written English.
