Tech Lead – Full Stack

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a Tech Lead Full Stack to drive technical excellence across its digital platforms. You will shape architecture, mentor developers, and ensure high‑performance, scalable solutions that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and validate technical architectures for full‑stack projects, aligning with organizational standards and client needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering best‑practice adoption.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and maintainability.
• Manage technical impacts of project changes, focusing on scalability and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Cloud and Data teams to integrate and optimize solutions.
• Oversee implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support ongoing maintenance.
• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in full‑stack development and technical leadership.
• Proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, and Java.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data integration.
• Demonstrated experience defining architectures and delivering scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with code review tools and development best practices.
