Technical Lead Security

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead Security to drive our cybersecurity initiatives across multiple projects. You will act as the technical authority on security, shaping data protection strategies and ensuring compliance while working closely with architecture, DevOps, and business teams in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security initiatives and serve as the product security referent for various projects.
• Define, implement, and oversee data protection strategies for applications and infrastructure.
• Make security design decisions that balance scalability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders in Scrum/Agile delivery setups.
• Manage encryption mechanisms, key lifecycle, and vault solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and support GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Security Engineer in a cybersecurity context.
• Strong background in risk management, security architecture, and compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and agile delivery models.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive security best practices.
