Techno Functional Analyst Mid/Senior (AX ERP)

About the role

We are seeking a Techno Functional Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX to support integration solutions across multiple business processes. You will work closely with B2B partners, internal stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into technical designs and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with B2B partners and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, producing BRDs and FRDs.
• Design end‑to‑end integration solutions, configure ERP/CRM/SaaS platforms, and recommend optimal processes.
• Coordinate with development teams, review APIs and system architecture, and support UAT and SIT testing.
• Assist pre‑sales teams with demos, solution proposals, and effort estimations.
• Act as liaison between client business teams and internal technical teams, providing regular progress updates.
• Analyze data, create dashboards, ensure data migration accuracy, and generate custom reports.
• Provide post‑implementation support, user training, and continuous system optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of middleware concepts and ability to bridge business needs with technical architecture.
• Proven experience in functional/BA roles on integration projects, including requirement gathering and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
