Techno Functional Analyst Mid/Senior (Business Central)

About the role

The Techno Functional Analyst will support Business Central ERP integration solutions across multiple business processes. You will work closely with B2B partners, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into robust technical designs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with partners and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, producing BRDs and FRDs.
• Design end‑to‑end integration solutions, configure ERP/CRM/SaaS platforms, and recommend optimal integration processes.
• Coordinate with development teams, review APIs, perform system testing, and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
• Support pre‑sales activities by delivering demos, creating solution proposals, and providing effort estimations.
• Manage stakeholder communication, provide regular progress updates, and act as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Analyze data, create dashboards, ensure data migration accuracy, and deliver post‑implementation support and user training.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of middleware concepts and ability to bridge business needs with technical architecture.
• Proven experience in functional/BA roles on integration projects, including requirement gathering and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• API integration knowledge (REST, SOAP, WSDL).
• SQL querying and database fundamentals.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience with EDI, XML, XSLT.
• Business Central ERP system.
• Process‑mapping tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
