Telecom Solutions Architect – Pre-Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Solutions & Pre‑Sales Architect to design scalable, innovative, and commercially viable end‑to‑end telecommunications solutions. You will work closely with sales, technical experts, operations and delivery teams to guide the solution lifecycle from customer discussions to successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, multi‑technology telecom solutions covering 4G/5G, VoIP, Cloud, Data Centres, OSS/BSS, WAN, SD‑WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi and cybersecurity.
• Translate customer requirements into technically feasible and commercially competitive proposals.
• Develop reusable solution components, methodologies and accelerators.
• Support sales cycles with presentations, workshops, technical deep‑dives and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure solution feasibility, quality, risk management and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve win rates and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a solutions architect in the telecommunications domain.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Track record of delivering end‑to‑end solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess scope changes, cost impact and risk.
