About the role

Join a reputable bank’s call centre in Casablanca as a Junior Customer Service Advisor. You will receive comprehensive training from a high‑performing team and play a key part in supporting the bank’s clients through phone interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and handle inbound client calls.
• Guide, inform and advise customers on banking products and services.
• Address telephone inquiries, complaints and routine transactions.
• Maintain impeccable service quality and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Contribute to client retention by offering appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• Educational background ranging from high school diploma to a bachelor’s/master’s degree in any field.
• Open to beginners; any prior call‑centre experience is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written French.
• Strong listening skills, relational ease and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Dynamic, rigorous, and able to manage stress.
• Basic knowledge of the banking sector is appreciated.
