Territory Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Territory Supervisor to join Philip Morris International’s team in the Rabat‑Salé‑Kénitra region of Morocco. In this role you will help drive the deployment of our smoke‑free product portfolio, working closely with retailers, distributors and agencies to meet the needs of legal‑age nicotine users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive area deployment plan aligned with market needs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of retailers and legal‑age nicotine users within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business development opportunities and create action plans for on‑ground execution.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to ensure optimal distribution of the PMI portfolio.
• Plan and oversee consumer engagement activities to boost brand trial and awareness.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to create synergies between sales and business development teams.
• Deploy and manage digital trade engagement tools to improve business impact.
• Ensure proper brand communication and product visibility at licensed points of sale.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Studies, Engineering, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of commercial experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Digital savviness and excellent command of Microsoft tools.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
