Test Support Planning Pilot

About the role

The Test Support Planning Pilot coordinates and optimises vehicle testing schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and programme deadlines. The role creates detailed test plans, monitors progress in real time and serves as the central liaison between engineering teams, test centres and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating and optimizing the planning of vehicle testing activities to meet client requirements and program deadlines.
• Creating detailed test plans for specific vehicle programs, continuously monitoring progress and updating schedules in real time.
• Acting as the central point of contact between engineering teams, test centres and clients to ensure alignment and realistic, flexible planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s +5 engineering degree (Bac+5) with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong fundamentals in schedule and project management, with solid automotive domain knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (B2/C1) and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• High adaptability to frequent changes, urgent re‑planning and pressure while maintaining planning coherence.
• Technical understanding of test typologies, vehicle architecture and department procedures.
