Tour Leader – Guide Guests Across Morocco

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Tour Leader to accompany guests on memorable journeys throughout Morocco. You will ensure high‑quality service, smooth daily operations, and a safe, enjoyable experience for every traveler.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and accompany guests on tours across Morocco, delivering accurate information about destinations, culture, and attractions.
• Coordinate daily operations with drivers, guides, hotels, restaurants, and activity providers.
• Monitor tour schedules, verify bookings, and ensure activities run on time.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Collect guest feedback and prepare daily operational reports.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Operations Team and represent the company positively.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tour Leader, Tour Guide, or in tourism operations.
• Excellent command of English; French and/or Spanish are a strong advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage groups professionally under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Moroccan destinations, attractions, culture, and tourism regulations.
