Visiting Associate Internship – Morocco

About the role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking motivated Visiting Associates for a short‑term internship in Morocco. You will join project teams that support clients in designing strategic directions and solving complex business challenges across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct competitive, portfolio and market analyses to identify client challenges.
• Participate in internal case team meetings and client workshops.
• Develop strategic recommendations and assist with their implementation.
• Collaborate with project leaders and receive mentorship throughout the assignment.
• Engage with BCG’s HR team for staffing support and training programs tailored to interns.

Required profile

• Pursuing a master’s degree in business, engineering, political science or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in a professional setting.
• Fluent in French and English; international experience is a plus.
• Curious, dynamic, organized, and strong at active listening.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
