Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our logistics operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, order preparation and shipment of goods. The role combines hands‑on supervision with process optimisation to maintain high service levels and accurate inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the logistics team, including receiving, storage, order picking and shipping.
• Optimise the layout of storage spaces and the flow of goods to maximise efficiency.
• Train, coach and manage team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and analyse logistics performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
• Track inventory movements and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits.
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners to resolve warehouse issues and ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac +2 education.
• Proven experience in a polyvalent warehouse position.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Quick learner with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Proficient reading and writing in English.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management transactions.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
