Expert ServiceNow – Cadrage & Roll‑out role at Novancy. The mission is to support a client in the planning and deployment of its ServiceNow platform. Over a one‑month contract, the expert will lead workshops, assess current processes, define future state, draft functional and technical specifications, and establish project governance. He/she will challenge ServiceNow providers, set success indicators, and drive change management. In the roll‑out phase, the expert will pilot the implementation, verify deliverables, ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards, manage risks, and facilitate user adoption and training. The ideal candidate is a seasoned ServiceNow consultant with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change‑leadership skills.
