ACC Morocco and West Africa Sales Engineer

About the role

Henkel is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales growth across Morocco and the wider West Africa region. You will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets while supporting promotional, trade, and marketing activities on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and strategies aligned with the SBU and sustainability goals.
• Develop and implement action plans for each customer to strengthen loyalty and long‑term partnerships.
• Take and process customer orders, negotiate agreements, and manage pricing and promotional actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and coordinate with KAM/Sales teams on priorities.
• Collaborate with technical customer service for line trials, issue resolution, and feedback implementation.
• Manage distributor salesforce or third‑party representation and ensure brand merchandising at points of sale.
• Conduct field visits, monitor store implementation, stock levels, and identify gaps.
• Coordinate education initiatives with technical advisors to maximize sales impact.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in International Commerce or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably with export processes and documentation.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a customer‑centric approach.
