Fortrade LTD is a prominent international fintech company that is rapidly expanding its operations in Morocco. We are currently seeking highly motivated, English‑speaking Account Managers to join our dynamic team based in Rabat. In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients worldwide, establishing and maintaining strong relationships, and presenting our innovative online trading platform in a clear and engaging manner. Your role will involve guiding clients through the account‑opening process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish, and delivering exceptional client service at every step.

You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve and exceed business targets, contributing to the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills at a C1+ level, both spoken and written, as well as fluent Arabic, preferably with a Gulf accent or Gulf dialect. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, a proactive and results‑oriented mindset, and a motivation to succeed are essential qualities for this role.

While prior finance experience is not required, sales experience—particularly in the Forex or CFD markets—will be considered an advantage. The working schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with weekends off. This role is based in Morocco, with a preference for candidates located in Rabat.
