The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English (C1‑C2 level) and Arabic (classic, Gulf or Middle‑East dialects), possess strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, and demonstrate a proactive, results‑oriented approach. The role requires engaging with potential clients worldwide, presenting the company’s cutting‑edge online trading platform, guiding clients through the account‑opening process, and delivering an exceptional client experience at every step. Close collaboration with the sales team is essential to meet and surpass business targets.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients across diverse markets.
    • Effectively communicating the value proposition of Fortrade’s trading platform in both English and Arabic.
    • Assisting clients throughout the account‑opening and onboarding process.
    • Providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
