The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients worldwide, presenting our cutting‑edge online trading platform, and guiding them through the account‑opening process. You will deliver an exceptional client experience at every step, collaborate closely with the team to meet and exceed business targets, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across diverse industries.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Fortrade’s trading platform in a clear, engaging manner.
• Guide clients through the account‑opening and onboarding process, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align client needs with product offerings.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to improve client acquisition and retention.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on market trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.

Desired Profile:

• Excellent English communication skills (C1‑C2), both spoken and written.
• Fluent Arabic, with confidence in speaking and writing.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Based in Morocco, preferably Rabat.
• No prior finance experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
