Account Manager – Enterprise B2B (Regulatory & Compliance)

About the role

Plutus21 Partners is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Account Manager to grow its Partners business. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B customers, ensuring their regulatory and compliance needs are met while driving retention, adoption, and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of business from post‑sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities for safety, stewardship, and compliance services.
• Develop relationships with senior leadership to expand service usage within existing accounts.
• Monitor account health, forecast growth, and create usage‑based expansion plans.
• Coordinate renewals, price adjustments, invoicing, and timely payments.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and act as a consultative advisor.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product roadmap and pricing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise B2B account management or sales.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot market trends and growth opportunities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions, demos, proposals, and issue resolutions simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for building long‑term relationships and spending time understanding customer businesses.
