Account Manager – Media Agency

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients at Wavemaker, a global media agency. The role involves overseeing media and digital campaigns from briefing through reporting, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and maintain a high level of service.
• Coordinate media and digital campaigns from brief to implementation and post‑campaign analysis.
• Work closely with internal planning and media buying teams to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within a media, communications, or digital agency.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• Strong understanding of offline and online media channels, KPIs, and consumer journeys.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities with proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability to build trusted, long‑term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
