Accountant – English Speaker (Finance Team)

About the role

As an Accountant within the TUI Musement Finance Team, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records while supporting operations in Agadir and Marrakech. Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will contribute to compliance and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations in collaboration with the accounting team leader.
• Prepare and post journal entries to accurately record financial transactions.
• Monitor the cockpit tool to verify that all transactions are correctly processed and transmitted.
• Troubleshoot issues together with IT colleagues and external advisors, providing practical solutions.
• Handle ad‑hoc accounting tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proven experience in accounting roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating at all organisational levels.
