Accountant – English Speaker (Finance Team)

About the role

As an Accountant within the TUI Musement Finance Team, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records across our operations in Agadir and Marrakech. Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will support day‑to‑day accounting while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and collaborate closely with the accounting team leader.
• Prepare and post journal entries to accurately record all financial transactions.
• Monitor the cockpit tool to ensure transactions are correctly processed and transmitted.
• Troubleshoot issues together with IT colleagues and external advisors, providing practical solutions.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with proven experience in accounting roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all organizational levels.
