Accountant – Odoo ERP Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant with deep expertise in Odoo ERP to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations for our fast‑growing event ticketing platform. The role will support the Finance Director in ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting, including AP, AR and general ledger entries within Odoo.
• Process and reconcile high‑volume ticketing revenue, commissions and organizer settlements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and handle multi‑currency transactions.
• Calculate VAT, file tax returns and ensure compliance with Moroccan fiscal regulations.
• Customize Odoo accounting modules to improve workflows and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a digital or technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Moroccan accounting standards (CGNC/PCM).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Odoo ERP (Accounting, Invoicing and Reporting modules).
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
