Accounting Data Integration Specialist – Manager & Consultant

About the role

Deloitte Extended Services is seeking an experienced Accounting Data Integration Specialist to lead the alignment of chart of accounts, business unit structures, and ERP go‑live preparations. The role combines financial expertise with project leadership to ensure seamless migration and reconciliation of accounting data.

Key responsibilities

• Drive alignment of the Chart of Accounts and Business Unit structures.
• Prepare entities for ERP go‑live, including readiness reviews.
• Manage migration of trial balances and perform reconciliation operations.
• Coordinate tax matrix alignment with local finance teams.
• Document migration assumptions and decisions.
• Participate in broader financial transformation projects.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, chart of accounts, trial balances and financial reporting.
• Experience in financial data migration and reconciliation between legacy systems and new ERP solutions.
• Ability to analyze and align business unit, cost‑center and tax matrix structures to meet system and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to resolve data gaps during migrations.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluent English and advanced Excel skills.
