About the role

The Accounting Manager supports daily general‑ledger processes for a Marriott property in Fes, ensuring accurate reporting, ledger reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies. The role works closely with internal teams and external clients to maintain strong financial controls and compliance.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and implement accounting projects, including SOP audits across all property areas.
Perform ledger balancing, credit‑card reconciliation, and contract verification for group bookings.
Generate timely financial reports and presentations for management.
Monitor taxes, profit‑and‑loss statements, and period‑end close activities.
Maintain operational controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.
Lead and mentor accounting staff, enforce deadlines, and foster a productive work environment.

Required profile

4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (no experience required), OR
2‑year degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
