About the role
The Accounting Receivable Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate financial record keeping, processing invoices and bills, and supporting period‑end closing activities within Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Fes.
Key responsibilities
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies.
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information, maintaining accurate electronic spreadsheets.
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical data using journals, ledgers, and computers.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Complete period‑end closing procedures and reports as specified.
- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in accounting or finance.
- No supervisory experience required.
