Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role
Onclusive is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support ongoing business activities, process invoices and expenses, and contribute to a system migration project.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices, expenses and prepare payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers on complex queries.
- Support the migration to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central from an AP perspective.
- Assist with knowledge transfer and document processes for the new system rollout.
- Participate in ad‑hoc project duties as required.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 2–3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics/Navision).
