AD Verification Test Engineer

About the role

Stellantis is looking for an AD Verification Test Engineer to join the Verification team within its Software Organization (SWX). The role focuses on L2+/L3 automated‑driving features, translating requirements into test cases, automating them in a CI/CD pipeline, and executing tests on open‑loop or HIL benches.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional, network and diagnostic requirements for L2+/L3 features.
• Create and maintain test cases, writing them in pseudo‑code, CAPL and Python.
• Automate test execution within CI/CD pipelines and run tests on open‑loop or HIL benches.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve test issues using appropriate tools.
• Evaluate new verification pipelines and provide structured feedback to the team lead.
• Support the team in developing new verification test cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET‑accredited university.
• 2+ years of experience in HIL or bench testing (e.g., ControlDesk, Python).
• 1+ years of experience in HIL setup and maintenance.
• 3 years of proactive coding experience in C and Python.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CAN and Ethernet networks and related diagnostic protocols.
• Familiarity with test tools such as INCA, Canalyzer, Canoe.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with global teams.
