Adjoint Directeur d’Agence – Tanger

About the role

The Deputy Agency Director supports the Agency Director in steering commercial development and operational management of the agency in Tanger. The role ensures commercial targets are met, service quality is maintained, risks are controlled, and teams are motivated, while also overseeing daily operations in the Director’s absence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the agency’s daily activities when the Director is absent.
• Lead and develop the commercial team, monitoring individual and collective objectives.
• Expand the client portfolio and drive local prospecting efforts.
• Validate credit files within delegated limits.
• Analyze performance indicators and propose corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate commercial actions and local events.
• Consolidate reporting and transmit data to headquarters.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Finance or a related field from a business school or university.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a credit institution or bank.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sales and commercial negotiation techniques.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and drive activity management.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance and internal control principles.
• Strong command of office productivity tools and information systems.
