Administrative Agent

About the role

The Administrative Agent will work on‑site in Rabat, supporting the daily operations of RIEN’s office. This full‑time position ensures smooth communication, efficient record‑keeping, and reliable assistance to internal teams and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and visitor inquiries.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate logistical arrangements for events.
• Organise and file documents, update databases, and prepare routine reports.
• Track office supplies, place orders, and ensure the workplace is well‑stocked.
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow established procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with colleagues and external contacts.
• Good organisational abilities to prioritize multiple requests and maintain an orderly environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software, particularly MS Office.
• Basic data‑entry capabilities.
