Advanced Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Advanced Quality Engineer to join TE Connectivity’s automotive quality team. You will work across project phases, supporting new product development and process improvement while ensuring compliance with IATF16949 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings with customers and internal teams, acting as the quality interface.
• Support feasibility studies, design reviews and APQP activities, delivering PPAP documentation.
• Lead FMEA sessions and conduct internal (1st party) and customer (2nd party) audits.
• Execute 8QB audits before G5 release and define quality forms, procedures and policies.
• Perform lessons‑learned activities and act as the primary quality contact up to customer release.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) with at least 3 years of experience in automotive development, preferably Tier 1.
• Hands‑on experience with IATF16949 tools and standards.
• Strong independent and project‑oriented work style, fluent English communication.
• Proficiency with MS‑Office and SAP.
