About the role

Save the Children International is seeking an Advisor, Global Awards to provide expert strategic and operational award management services to its global teams. The role ensures efficient, compliant, and high‑quality use of award funds to deliver impactful programmes for children worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide award management advisory, coordination, and day‑to‑day operational support across a portfolio of globally managed awards.
• Administer allocation and management of award funds, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to implementing offices.
• Support planning, monitoring, and reporting for both humanitarian and development awards, maintaining compliance with donor and organisational requirements.
• Maintain data quality, information management systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of award management processes.
• Collaborate with global functions and programme teams to coordinate award processes and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in award or grant management within an international development or humanitarian context.
• Strong understanding of donor compliance, budgeting, and administrative procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse global stakeholders and adapt to flexible working arrangements.
• Right to work in the country of assignment for the contract duration.
