About the role

Save the Children International is seeking an Advisor, Global Awards to provide strategic and operational award‑management support to its worldwide programmes. The role ensures that award funds are used efficiently, compliantly, and with high impact for children.

Key responsibilities

• Offer expert advisory, coordination and day‑to‑day support for globally managed awards and funds.
• Administer allocation of award resources across multiple implementing offices, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Monitor compliance with donor and organisational requirements throughout the award lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global functions to maintain data quality, support reporting and drive performance monitoring.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of award‑management systems and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in award or grant management within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Strong understanding of donor compliance, budgeting and administrative procedures.
• Ability to work with diverse global teams and adapt to flexible working arrangements.
• Right to work in the country of assignment for the contract duration.
