Affiliate Marketing Executive – French Market

About the role

Holafly is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Executive to lead the growth of its affiliate program in the French market. You will work closely with third‑party partners to design data‑driven campaigns that promote travel connectivity solutions, driving revenue and expanding brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, managing a portfolio of 80–100 accounts.
• Develop individual account plans and quarterly growth roadmaps for each partner.
• Maintain high‑value relationships through regular business reviews, planning sessions, and strategic guidance.
• Monitor performance metrics (Revenue, ROAS, AOV) and optimise campaigns, flagging risks such as fraud or inactivity.
• Design and execute revenue‑acceleration initiatives, including seasonal activations, exclusive deals, and volume‑based commissions.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record of building revenue‑driving partnerships in global markets.
• Native or professional fluency in French (C1) and professional fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solution‑focused, proactive, and ambitious with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Impact affiliate platform.
• Strong command of SEO tools, specifically Ahrefs.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Experience using Google Analytics to extract insights.
