À propos du poste
Nous recherchons des agents de prise de rendez‑vous expérimentés pour soutenir la croissance de notre centre d’appels à Marrakech. Vous serez chargé de contacter les clients, de planifier leurs interventions et d’atteindre les objectifs fixés.
Profil recherché
- Bon niveau de français exigé
- Sens de l’écoute et aisance relationnelle
- Esprit d’équipe et attitude positive
