AI & Analytics Architect

About the role

Infomineo, a global AI-enhanced research company offering AI and Data Advisory, Next-Gen Insights and Resource Scaling, is looking for an AI & Analytics Architect in Casablanca. You will design and shape the technical foundation of its Analytics & AI practice, working on high-impact client engagements across industries at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, data science and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data architectures (data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, streaming pipelines) and set standards for data modeling, storage, ingestion and transformation.
• Architect MLOps and AI deployment infrastructure (model registries, CI/CD for ML, monitoring).
• Lead technical decisions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and open-source tooling.
• Define best practices and reusable frameworks for data engineers, analysts and data scientists, and mentor and review cross-functional teams.
• Bridge the gap between data analysts, data engineers and AI/ML engineers, and contribute to internal knowledge bases and delivery accelerators.
• Run architecture workshops and discovery sessions with clients, turn business requirements into technical blueprints, present architecture decisions to executives, and support pre-sales proposals.
• Deliver internal training and support the Head of Practice on business development and capability initiatives.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• Full proficiency in English plus one additional language (French, Arabic, Spanish, German...).
• 6+ years of technical experience in data architecture or a closely related field.
• Proven track record in a consulting or multi-client services environment.

Required skills

• Data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Redshift; SQL, Python, Scala or Spark; Hadoop, Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming.
• ML infrastructure: MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML; MLOps pipelines, RAG, vector databases.
• Data engineering: Airflow, dbt, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub, GitLab, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Data governance (catalogs, lineage, access control, quality) and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
