AI Developer

About the role

The AI Developer will design, build and deploy AI‑powered applications and workflow automation solutions that support business transformation and operational efficiency for Bernstein SG.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy intelligent tools and workflow automation solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Integrate enterprise applications with AI services using REST APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), event‑driven architectures and orchestration platforms.
• Work with structured, semi‑structured and unstructured data sources, connecting AI applications to data warehouses, data lakes, analytics platforms and vector databases.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, applying DevOps practices throughout the AI application lifecycle.
• Optimise AI workflows for reliability, scalability, observability, performance and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong development skills in Python and working knowledge of .NET/C#.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, MCP components and event‑driven or orchestrated workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with relational, document and vector databases and Azure AI Foundry capabilities.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, application security, observability, scalability and cost optimisation.
