AI Enablement and Operations Manager

About the role

TriNova Helvetic Group is looking for an AI Enablement and Operations Manager to lead its Morocco near‑shore hub. You will be the bridge between client expectations and our delivery engine, ensuring operations run smoothly, data is reliable and automation adds measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Own client delivery, meet commitments, surface issues early and provide proactive reporting.
• Manage a Balanced Scorecard of KPIs aligned with client and TriNova objectives, flagging variances and driving recovery plans.
• Drive AI‑enabled automation for reporting packs, data reconciliation and document handling, with optional scripting.
• Prepare board‑level dashboards and ensure financial accuracy for up to €2 M P&L.
• Maintain and improve SOPs using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Lead, coach and expand a team of 10+ professionals, building a capable deputy.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• STEM or finance background (by study or experience) is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑first approach.
• Proven record of delivering against targets at senior leadership or board level.
• Fluent in French and English (C1/C2) and able to travel for client site visits.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis tools.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology.

• Salary of 20,000–28,000 MAD per month (fixed base, performance bonus and commission).
