AI Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

About the role

This full‑time remote position supports DamaRec Global’s clients by designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across front‑end and back‑end layers. The role emphasizes scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions within a collaborative, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and server‑side services.
• Work with relational or NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Optimize application performance and conduct code reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering production‑ready web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with startup or consulting environments and multi‑time‑zone collaboration is a plus.

Required skills

• Modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• CSS for responsive and accessible UI design.
• API design and server‑side frameworks.
