Key responsibilities

• Build real features, prototypes, and demos using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and other agents.
• Turn ideas into working demos quickly, then improve reliability, scalability, and production readiness.
• Direct, evaluate, and control AI coding agents to amplify engineering output.
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior engineers across product, engineering, and strategy.
• Explore new AI development workflows and help the team move faster.

Required profile

• Regularly builds with AI tools and can showcase projects, repos, demos, or prototypes.
• Demonstrates strong technical curiosity and the ability to learn independently.
• Prioritises output and learning speed over titles or formal credentials.
• Thrives in a fast‑moving environment with real responsibility.

Required skills

• Experience with AI coding assistants such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agents.
• Familiarity with agentic development workflows and AI‑driven automation.
