AI Training Generalist (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking curious, detail‑oriented individuals to help improve AI‑generated content. As a Generalist you will review and evaluate a wide variety of topics, ensuring the AI communicates clearly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Read and assess AI‑generated content across diverse subjects such as science, culture, technology and everyday life.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, clarity, tone and overall quality, providing structured feedback using rating scales and written commentary.
• Flag misleading, inaccurate or poorly written content and complete task‑based assignments independently following detailed guidelines.
• Work asynchronously with full flexibility, managing 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Strong written communication and reading comprehension in English.
• Detail‑oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to tasks.
• Comfortable evaluating a broad variety of topics and content styles.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
