About the role

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured tasks such as labeling, rating, and evaluating AI‑generated outputs to enhance model performance.
• Assess AI responses across text, image, and audio formats for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Apply detailed guidelines and rubrics consistently across assignments.
• Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low‑quality outputs using structured feedback tools.
• Maintain high accuracy and reliability across all tasks.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• Sharp attention to detail; you notice things others miss.
• Able to follow structured instructions precisely and consistently.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision.
• Confident using web‑based tools and platforms.
