AI/ML Engineer

About the role

Jobzyn, a next‑gen recruitment platform, is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to expand its core AI systems. You will work on production‑grade infrastructure, develop new AI features and keep the platform aligned with the latest advances in large language models and machine learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain backend services that power long‑running AI workflows.
• Integrate cutting‑edge large language models and provider SDKs, ensuring outputs are structured, validated and reliable.
• Instrument AI pipelines with modern observability tools to monitor performance, reliability and cost.
• Model and normalize complex multilingual recruitment data across taxonomies and controlled vocabularies.
• Train, fine‑tune and evaluate NLP and ranking models for candidate matching.
• Build internal AI utilities that automate routine tasks for business teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with at least two years of experience.
• Passion for staying up‑to‑date with state‑of‑the‑art AI research and applying it to real‑world problems.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with large language model integration and provider SDKs.
• Data validation using tools such as Pydantic (v2).
• Building and monitoring data pipelines and AI workflows.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and ranking model development.
