Airfreight ACC Specialist

About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding in Morocco as an Airfreight ACC Specialist, supporting the execution of the Air Freight pricing strategy. You will work closely with customers, airline partners and internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of the Air Freight (AFR) pricing strategy and respond to pricing enquiries efficiently.
• Monitor and update local tariffs, prepare tender documentation and maintain pricing databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and airline partners.
• Prepare carrier performance reports and participate in performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, negotiate competitive rates and ensure transit time targets are met.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new solutions, lane developments and traffic patterns.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members.
• Identify recurring issues, recommend improvements to pricing methods and influence best practices.

Required profile

• More than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and act as a self‑starter.
